What we collect

How we use and share it

We use data to show the workout, maintain the roster, authenticate hosts and attendees, send a requested launch update, deliver workout texts you separately request, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Attendee names are visible on that workout. Infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Twilio, and the web host process data only to provide the service.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose them only to service providers as needed to operate Lineup and deliver requested messages, or when required by law.

Your choices

Guests do not need a phone number or account to read a workout. During the current dogfood, guests can also RSVP with only a name; Lineup 1.1 will use one-time phone verification when an attendee first commits. Workout text consent remains separate and optional. Reply STOP to end SMS messages or HELP for help. You can clear the event cookie in your browser or contact us to request deletion.

Retention and security

We keep dogfood data only as long as needed to operate and evaluate the service. Public links use high-entropy identifiers; guest credentials are stored as one-way hashes; raw mobile numbers are not exposed through public event APIs.
